Yu Dao carefully observed the path by which the Great Emperor of Shenzhou evolved.
When an ordinary emperor performs his rituals, the extraordinary phenomena are divine sights that naturally arise when the Dao principles leak out; they are byproducts of the manifestation of power. But this landscape before us is not a byproduct; it is the Dao itself of the Great Emperor of China.
His methods and principles are not found within his body, nor in his fists and feet, but rather in this "Divine Land" with which he has coexisted for hundreds of thousands of years.
He raised his palm, and the weight of the entire illusory world converged on that single hand. It was the weight of a world, bearing the life and death of countless beings, the unbroken bloodline of civilization from ancient times to the present. This weight could not be measured by any single law of force, for it was itself another order, a supreme law that encompassed heaven and earth within its own Dao.
No wonder his imperial title was "Shenzhou"!
The Dao of an ordinary emperor might be a sword, a blazing fire, or a blade of light that traverses the galaxy. But the Dao of the Divine Emperor is a world. He carved out a world with his Dao, and then imprinted this world on the Central Plains during the ancient times. Thus, the Divine Dynasty became a part of his Dao, every dragon vein of the world became his meridian, and every city became his acupoint.
The ritual lasted for three full days before the dust settled and the light faded.
After completing his own practice of the Dao, the Great Emperor of Shenzhou waved his hand, revealing a series of scriptures. These were all ancient scriptures of the ultimate Dao that he had collected in his youth. Yu Dao closed his eyes and quietly sensed. The thousands of ancient characters transformed from the Divine Continent Imperial Scripture entered his sea of consciousness. He created an ancient palace of time within his own sea of consciousness, a thousand years in a single thought, comprehending the laws and principles of this ancient era.
This period of quiet contemplation lasted for more than a month.
Yu Dao slowly opened his eyes, looked at the Great Emperor of Shenzhou who was sitting on the other side of the blue stone platform, sipping tea, and exclaimed, "Fellow Daoist's method is indeed infinitely wondrous. Especially the chapter on Dao Palace is extremely amazing, with very unique insights, even among many supreme Dao scriptures, it is among the best."
His praise was not unfounded. Deep within his sea of consciousness, in that chaotic time before heaven and earth were separated, boundless divine power still flowed, pondering, comprehending, and creating laws.
Watching the Great Emperor of Shenzhou perform the Dharma gave Yu Dao a kind of intuitive connection with Heaven. He knew that the path he had chosen was correct, using all laws as fuel and the wisdom of all beings as fire to ignite the furnace of enlightenment. This line of thought moved from theory to practice, and practice, in turn, confirmed the theory, forming a self-consistent closed loop.
The Great Emperor of Shenzhou asked curiously, "Brother Dao, you come from the era of immortals and possess countless wondrous methods. Are you also preparing to embark on the path of cultivating the human body in this current secret realm?"
Yu Dao shook his head: "Fellow Daoist underestimates yourself. The Secret Realm Method is a path pioneered by the Desolate Heavenly Emperor, with boundless potential and endless future. Although past methods are good, they may not be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Secret Realm Method."
