Chapter 179 Pre-Class Appointment and Awarding of Special Medals!

"You are hereby appointed as a special teaching assistant for the Practical Magic Skills Enhancement Class - Charms! You will be responsible for assisting me in teaching students the techniques of using Stabilizing Charms, Power Charms, and other spells."
