Above the ruins, Zhou Ye snapped his fingers, and a purple data portal opened out of thin air.

He pulled up Rias, who was still sobbing, and waved to Akeno Himejima and Orpheus with his other hand.
The Virgin Mary followed behind, looking at the scorched earth with a complex expression.
After passing through the stargate, the scene before us did not improve.
The Crimson Castle, once the pride of the Gremory family, is now nothing but ruins. Deep craters have been smashed into the magnificent courtyards, and even the crimson sky of the underworld seems to exude an aura of decay.

“You could say that,” Zhou Ye said, walking up to them. “The cleanup work is finished, and there won’t be any trouble for the human world.” 450
“Where’s Sazex? Where’s my husband?” Vinilana asked the most crucial question, her hands trembling slightly.
“Dead.” Zhou Ye’s answer was simple and blunt. “His divine essence was swallowed up, not even a trace was left.”
Vinilana swayed slightly, but managed to regain her balance.
“But,” Zhou Ye changed the subject, “I have a way to bring him back. Not just him, but all the dead gods and demons, I can bring them back if I want them to.”
Vinilana's pupils contracted slightly.
"what do you need?"
She is a smart woman.
“I don’t need anything.” Zhou Ye looked around at the ruins. “I’m just here to inform you that I’m going to completely overhaul this world.”
He gave the order without waiting for Vinilana's response.

"The meaning is very simple." Zhou Ye stood up and clapped his hands.
"I plan to establish an Earth Civilization Protection Council, with myself as the chairman. All mythological forces can either join, share resources, and coordinate their efforts, or they can go their own way and die."
He grinned.
"Of course, if you mess things up yourself, don't expect the council to provide any protection. Oh, and by the way, don't cause trouble on my turf, otherwise my fleet is very efficient at cleaning up trash."
“This is dictatorship!” roared a hot-tempered Norse deity.
Zhou Ye glanced at him.
"You can call it efficient management."
