Ban glanced at the other person with a hint of helplessness. Why did this kid keep saying such auspicious things?

How could Madara Uchiha, a man of great stature, be killed by a fall?

The two approached Black Zetsu. Madara activated Yin-Yang Release and his Sharingan, gripping Black Zetsu's head tightly and beginning to probe into Black Zetsu's deepest memories.

After a short while, Madara withdrew his hand, his face pale.

Black Zetsu's memories spanning thousands of years were like a vast ocean; Madara only managed to read a small portion before feeling overwhelmed, given his current extreme weakness.

"See? I didn't fool you, did I?" Obito said smugly.

"I told you he'd completely fooled you, but you wouldn't believe me."

Madara's gaze was heavy as it fell upon Black Zetsu, even though he had only read a small portion of Black Zetsu's memories, and those were mostly trivial daily matters.

But this is enough to confirm what Obito said.

Black Zetsu claims to be the embodiment of his will; however, Madara Uchiha's lifespan, even rounded up, doesn't even reach a hundred years.

Where did you get your thousand-year memory from, Black Zetsu?

It seems that I have indeed been manipulated by Black Zetsu all along. The Eye of the Moon Plan and the prophecy on the stone tablet were all part of Black Zetsu's scheme.

It turns out that I was just a pawn on someone else's chessboard all along, and I was completely unaware of it. How pathetic and laughable!

"Hehehe..."

Madara suddenly let out a low laugh.

Whoosh!

Madara suddenly attacked, his black rod, enhanced by Yin-Yang Release, hurtling straight towards Black Zetsu, intending to finish him off.

Since Madara awakened the Rinnegan, he has devoted many years to studying the Six Paths forbidden techniques and Yin-Yang Release. A Black Zetsu who cannot resist him could never escape from his grasp.

"Hey, wait a minute!"

Obito suddenly reached out and grabbed him, and Madara's movements froze in mid-air.

"You want to stop me?"

Madara whirled around, his eyes bloodshot, and his murderous gaze startled even Obito.

But Obito still managed to hold down Ban's arm and quietly snatch the black rod from his hand.

"At your age, stop resorting to violence so easily."

"Come on, calm down."

Obito helped Madara sit on a stone chair, gently patting his back to comfort him.

Chapter 95: Gold Coins Galore!

Madara was speechless for a moment. "Obito, what exactly do you want to do?"

He found Obito's way of thinking hard to understand. Since Obito had exposed Black Zetsu's conspiracy, shouldn't his goal be to help him break free from control?

But why would you hinder me from getting rid of Black Zetsu, this scourge?

Obito rubbed his hands together and said with a smile:

"It's all about the gold coins, isn't it? Killing him wouldn't bring much benefit, and the money wouldn't be much either. It's better to keep him alive; he'll be very useful to me."

If Black Zetsu dies, no one can save Kaguya, but this isn't a huge change, since according to the original script, Kaguya will eventually be resealed.

Leaving Black Zetsu, or rather, leaving Kaguya, creates enough variables to generate a huge influx of gold coins.

Madara clearly couldn't understand Obito's line of thinking.

spot:"?"

His face was full of confusion.

Obito waved his hand: "Hey, just listen to me, you can't go wrong."

Ban sighed softly. The ideas of young people these days are truly peculiar.

Oh well, Obito's in charge here anyway, let him be.

"What are your plans next?" Ban asked.

At this moment, Madara seemed somewhat bewildered; the Eye of the Moon plan he had pursued his entire life had turned out to be a deception by Black Zetsu.

This clearly couldn't continue, and for a moment, he was at a loss as to what to do.

"My plan is simple: unify the ninja world and end the war."

Upon hearing Obito's answer, a glint of light flashed in Madara's cloudy eyes.

This kid's thoughts are exactly the same as mine when I was young.

He had once had the same thought, but unfortunately Hashirama didn't agree, so he had no choice but to give up.

Now that Obito has brought this up again, Madara's dormant memories have been awakened; Hashirama is already gone.

In the current ninja world, who can stop Obito?

The answer is: Nobody.

Madara smiled with relief, never expecting that he would witness the unification of the ninja world before his death.

Thus, he had no regrets, even after going to another world.

They can also righteously criticize Hashirama, accusing him of making a terrible mistake in his choice back then.

"My Rinnegan is in Amegakure, residing in a little boy named Nagato. Go and retrieve it; it might be of help to you."

Madara said

Obito glanced sideways at Madara: "What would I need that for? I can evolve whenever I want."

"You can keep it for yourself."

Before he finished speaking, Obito walked up to Black Zetsu, knelt down, and pulled out several black rods stuck in Black Zetsu's body.

"Black Zetsu, how about considering my proposal?"

"What do you want to say?" Black Zetsu asked in a deep voice.

Obito glared at him and used his Sharingan to transmit a message to Black Zetsu.

After receiving the message, Black Zetsu suddenly became somewhat excited: "Are you telling the truth?"

"Why would I lie to you? If I hadn't stopped it, you would already be dead at Madara's hands. Why would I need to lie to you?"

Having received Obito's confirmation, Black Zetsu nodded: "Alright, then I am willing to pledge my loyalty to you, Lord Obito."

Obito smiled, removed the other black rods from Black Zetsu's body, and released him.

Then, Black Zetsu obediently clung to Obito, and Madara, seeing this, couldn't help but glance at him sideways.

Ha, you bastard, you call yourself the embodiment of my will, and you've already switched sides?

Obito walked up to Madara with a big smile and held out a fist to him:

"Come on, Madara, let's join hands to create a world far removed from war, ensuring that future generations of Konoha will never suffer the ravages of war again."

Madara looked at Obito's smiling face, and for a moment, he seemed to see Hashirama's image superimposed upon it.

However, he still chose to shake his head.

"No, I am already decayed; I will not participate in the future of the ninja world."

"I'll wait here for your good news. Then I'll go down and tell Hashirama that he was wrong."

Obito, however, seemed completely unconcerned.

"What decay? Your little problem is a piece of cake for me. I could keep you energetic for another five hundred years without breaking a sweat."

"Hurry up, hurry up!"

Obito shook his arm, urging Madara to quickly give him a fist bump.

"...Do you know what you're saying?"

"Don't believe me? I'm not joking, old man."

Ban remained silent for a moment, then finally gave the young man a perfunctory fist bump.

He also longed to witness the future of Konoha with his own eyes.

But then, Obito's dissatisfied grumbling came over.

Obito stared at Madara with a suspicious look: "Hey, old Madara, you didn't really take it seriously, did you? Why didn't I receive any gold coins?"

"Again"

"You need to be serious and truly believe in me. Just going through the motions won't do."

Ban was speechless for a moment; what kind of novel theory was this?

Left with no other option, Madara raised his hand again, this time with a resolute glint in his eyes.

Come on, Obito, you will carry on the mission that Hashirama and I failed to complete. Let me see what level you can reach!
